You may wonder why I haven't blogged in a while. Well, I have undertaking a "crazy" cleanse (I admit, eating only fruit, veggies, nuts, and seeds for a week is a bit crazy but I am slowly adding back more foods). I have been blogging about it for our farm and if you are interested, you can check it out at http://21dayscleaneating.blogspot.com/2011/12/preparations.html
The above link is the beginning of the blog. You can go to http://21dayscleaneating.blogspot.com/ to see the most current stuff first.
